The National Association of Park Foundations (NAPF) is dedicated exclusively to building the capacity of park foundations and friends groups. By providing information, education, advocacy and networking opportunities, we help our members focus their energy on the people and communities they serve. Park foundations and friends groups across the country who join NAPF receive a wide variety of member benefits.
“The National Association of Park Foundations, led by Executive Director Kevin D. Korenthal, CAE, provided exceptional training tailored to the unique needs of park foundations, enhancing our board's effectiveness significantly. Their guidance was instrumental in advancing us to strategic planning (which Kevin is leading us through), and I highly recommend their expertise to any park foundation seeking to deepen operational understanding."”

"When we re-established our park foundation, NAPF was one of our first calls, serving as a valuable resource for best practices in establishing our parks and foundation relationship and ensuring we had the right elements in place at every step. "

"We are grateful for the invaluable assistance from the National Association of Park Foundations (NAPF). Their guidance on IRS designation and best practices for our Memorial Naming Program has been crucial. I am also a student in their fundraising course. We're excited about PenMet Parks Foundation's future and eager to learn more through our association with the NAPF."
