By what means is the Recreation Center being funded?

Voters approved the following in May, 2002:
�� - a two million dollar construction bond to build the Recreation Center, and
�� - a one million dollar levy to cover operations for the South Park Recreation District

Construction of the initial phase(s) of the facility will be funded by the bond, and initial operations of the facility will be funded by the South Park Recreation District (Government Body) and in part by memberships and programming revenue.

Additional and ongoing funding alternatives will be pursued to complete and enhance all aspects of the facility.
